Mindfulness is a technique that helps you to be in the present moment. So much of our lives these days are spent in a hurry and worrying about what will happen next. Mindfulness is a way of focusing the mind and body in the present.

It will help you become more self aware, feel calmer and less stressed and help you check how you are responding to certain situations and change your response if necessary.

Learning to cope with difficult emotional feelings will help you to prevent them escalating and causing an increase in your pain and/or anxiety.
